- To confirm your tour, kindly provide the following details:
Number of visitors
- Arrival and departure times, including flight, train, or harbor information
- If you require a hotel pick-up service, please inform us of the hotel name, your name on the reservation, room number, and your contact details.
- Validate your tour booking through our contact channels (email, Facebook, phone, or other connections of your preference).
Communication Services:
- We offer 24/7 online communication services with a rapid, accurate, and assured response. During vacation planning discussions, we provide ample time for you to choose from our tour packages and services. Our commitment extends beyond booking services to addressing emergencies promptly, ensuring your trip is both relaxing and comfortable.
Currency Transactions:
- We accommodate payments in Rupiah and foreign currencies based on clients' preferences.
Payment Methods:
- For booking confirmation, a maximum 30% deposit is required through our provided bank account. We confirm your tour booking upon acceptance of your deposit and transfer receipt. If bank transfer is challenging, we also accept deposits through Western Union, with the remaining payment settled upon your arrival.
- If the first method is not feasible, we can provide booking confirmation based on your flight ticket. Payment is then completed in cash upon your arrival if you are unable to transfer funds or lack Rupiah currency.
Cancellation:
- A 30% cancellation fee, deducted from the amount sent, applies to cancellations made within a week of the deposit payment.
Services:
- Our tour facilities include air-conditioned vehicles, professional drivers, English-speaking tour guides, porters, rescue teams, tour informants, and talk leaders. Accommodations prioritize comfort, and requests should be made two months before your tour due to high visitor demand on Java Island.
Transportation:
- We offer various transportation options with different capacities for solo travelers, families, couples, and groups, all equipped with comfortable air conditioning, music, and video players.
Sightseeing and Tour Packages:
- All our sightseeing and package tours cover entrance fees, performances, meals, and private transportation services. Guides proficient in languages other than English are available upon advance request.
Hotels:
- Most hotels include a 21% tax and service charge. Reconfirmation and full reservation details should be sent to hotels at least 30 days before arrival for group bookings during regular seasons and 45 days during high seasons.
